Great coffee, website ordering not so much

I am a member of the SSC membership club which is supposed to give me free shipping for all orders. Unfortunately whenever I sign in to place an order, even when I usage points accrued via such membership, the free shipping is NEVER applied. This requires a phone call from me to fix this and thus adds extra time to every order placement. Each time I ask for this to be corrected and am told this needs to go through IT. The agent assures me that they will pass this request on to IT, but yet NO changes have occurred to my account to avoid this ongoing issue. This should be an easy fix! Please help!!!
