Shipping policy

  1. How long will it take to process my order? Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed. Orders can take up to 3 business days to be fulfilled before   it ships out.

  2. How long will it take for my order to arrive after it’s been fulfilled? Depending on your location in the U.S., it may take 1-7 business days to receive your order. All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY. We use UPS or the United States Postal Service (USPS) for deliveries.
  3. How can I track my order? We provide tracking numbers as well as delivery confirmation on all orders, and after your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive this email, contact us on our customer service line MON - FRI 9 AM - 5 PM at (917) 455-3815 or send us an email at help@stonestreetcoffee.com.
  4. Do you offer any shipping deals? Yes. We offer FREE UPS GROUND SAVER SHIPPING on orders of $35.00 or more.

  5. Which shipping services do you offer? 
  • UPS Ground Saver - cheaper but slightly longer transit time.
  • UPS Ground - standard shipping and costs slightly more.
  • Expedited shipping services are not available at this time.
