Stone Street Coffee Return & Refund Policy 

Coffee is a perishable item, making it ineligible for a return. All coffee sales are final, however, we are happy to consider a replacement or issue a store credit to your account. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.

Received a Damaged Order?

If your package arrived torn, broken, or banged up causing a spillage of coffee then please send us a photo of the damage to help@stonestreetcoffee.com or call us directly (917) 455-3815.

Package MIA?

If your order hasn't arrived in week, please contact us right away. We'll file a missing package report, resend your order, and share a cup of apologies on behalf of our couriers!

A Friendly Heads-Up

Make sure to double-check your order before placing it. Please contact us right away if you made a mistake on your order. We’re unable to replace orders once they have shipped. If you need a replacement, then you will need to place a new order.

Gift Cards or Subscriptions

E-gift cards and gift subscriptions are non-refundable. If you need to change your gift subscription to a different product or grind, then we're happy to sort that out for you. E-gift cards can only be used on our website. They cannot be used at our cafes.

Got Gear or Merchandise Issues?

Non-perishable items like mugs, coffee canisters, and apparel items are eligible for an exchange within 30 days after receiving the order. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. You will be charged for the return shipping fee.

Weather or Holiday Delays

While we roast and ship daily, severe weather and holiday volume can occasionally affect transit times. If your order is delayed, please reach out to us immediately. We are committed to getting your fresh beans to your doorstep as quickly as possible.

Our Roasting Schedule

We roast to order, ensuring every cup is a fresh hug of flavor! Expect up to 3 days for roasting before your coffee begins its journey to you.
