We believe in getting the very best beans available straight from the source—which is exactly why our Colombian Supremo remains one of our favorites year after year. The blue-green hue of the coffee beans is just the first unique trait you notice. When you brew a batch, whether for your own flavored cold brew or a shot of espresso, you’ll notice the high acidity, clean finish, and subtle blueberry notes. With a solid body and chocolatey caramel notes topping the aroma off, our Colombian coffee beans make the perfect choice for everyday drinking and special occasions alike.

Absolutely fantastic!

I've been looking for a new supplier of single origin beans since the last peeps I once bought from closed shop...and I've found them. Got my first order today, three types. Colombian is usually my standard, so I tried this first...and I was floored when I took my first sip. Truly excellent coffee, and now I'm hooked on Stone Street.

Very nice

Brewed with a V-60. 15g beans ground medium (~ 760 microns). 250ml water @ 94ºC. 4 pours - first two 45ml, last two 80 ml, all separated by 45 seconds from beginning of pour.

Results were a clean cup with zero bitterness and a very slight astringency that definitely disappeared as the coffee cooled. Definite nose of milk chocolate and wet hay. On the palate I got milk chocolate and lemongrass - an interesting combination that wasn’t bad at all. Medium mouth feel.

Best beans!

Love Stone Street coffee and recommend it to our friends who share a cuppa with us…

Very good, smooth flavors with some acidity that's not over powering. It's too light a roast for me however.
