Cold Brew Reserve

I’m not a hot drink person therefore I drink cold brew 365 1/4 days a year. Stone Street Signature Cold Brew has become my favorite! Why? My tongue tells me every morning. Just plain delicious. I grind and brew 1/2 gallon every 3-4 days. As a diabetic I only drink water or cold brew and was sad 2 weeks ago when I realized I messed up my subscription and next delivery was not for 2 days. Had to resort to less than wonderful for a few days. Knowing that it was coming, I did survive. ;)

I bought 2 lbs of this delicious coffee already coarsely ground on Amazon but the 5 lb sack from Stone Street direct did not come pre ground. Disappointed just because I could not use it until I bought a coffee grinder. I just wish it indicated the product was in fact whole bean on the website & packaging.

I have a pretty elaborate coffee bar setup at home. My wife and I are big coffee people, we order or grab beans from different places constantly, but we always come back to Stone Street. These guys make the best coffee consistently, and the only cold brew I make at home is with their cold brew reserve. My personal favorite for pour overs are the southern pecan.

We've tried a lot of cold brews and this one is THE BEST if you like it strong. I brew 7oz in 3 liters of cold water for ~48 hours. Then "nitro-ize" it in a uKeg. It's outstanding. Have been buying Stone Street's dark roast cold brew reserve for a couple years now, done trying any others.
