My Favorite!

I'm a bit of a coffee snob, I'll confess. I have long been a fan of Sumatra Mandheling coffee, so I was eager to try this one, Sumatra Gayo. I love it. It's very dark (the way I like it, dark like my soul) but very smooth, with NO bitterness and NO Starbucks-style "burnt" taste at all. Stone Street Sumatra Gayo is my new favorite single-origin coffee.

I finished a perfect expresso and started gayo I was simply stunned by how mild soft coffee was, no aftertaste no bitterness, just like milk, I drank two or three cups of espresso at 4 am and nothing, just nothing, no sugar, just a little chocolate, amazing
