We are thrilled to introduce a remarkable coffee experience with our newest addition, the Panama Geisha Paraiso, featuring beautiful notes of mango, lemon & honey.

Our passionate team has sourced this uniquely crafted coffee directly from the enchanting Hacienda Mil Cumbres. Nestled in the mystical Valley of Clouds, Cordillera, Volcán, this farm has captured our hearts with its commitment to quality, sustainability, and innovative practices. The journey to Mil Cumbres is steep, but the panoramic views of Costa Rica and the Pacific Ocean, paired with the exceptional coffee it produces, make it an adventure worth taking.

This extremely rare coffee goes through a 30 hour maceration process before resting on African beds in humidity controlled dehydration room using solar centrifugals.

Founded in 2015, Mil Cumbres benefits from the invaluable guidance of coffee industry veterans Ratibor Hartmann and Rigoberto Herrera Correa. Their expertise has helped shape the farm into an exciting newcomer set to make a significant impact in the coffee world. Covering 107.5 hectares, with 30 hectares committed to coffee cultivation, these beans are grown in volcanic soil at 1,700 MASL. This unique location provides optimal conditions with annual rainfall of 4,500-5,600mm and temperatures between 17-19°C.

At Stone Street Coffee, we are committed to sourcing and providing you with coffee that respects the environment. The farm's use of solar power for processing and their development of a creative and sustainable drying process is a testament to this commitment.
