Coffee is a fantastic way to start the day. What better flavors to enjoy first thing in the morning than the light roast of our Peru Atahualpa? Beans from the Pichanaqui, Junin, and Chanchamayo regions of Peru are lightly roasted to maintain the aroma and sweetness, creating a full-bodied coffee with a bright acidity and notes of apricot and tropical citrus.

This is our favorite of the three Central American beans

This is very rich and smooth! We have an automatic espresso machine, and I drink my espresso black, this bean is perfect for that! A dark, strong coffee that is not at all bitter. We will be ordering this one again soon!
