Why did I wait 26 days to brew this nectar of the gods

It's actually been a few years since I had this coffee as I couldn't get it anymore from the roasters I had come to know. These guys do it right, I don't want to put the cup down. I don’t know how I found them, Stone Street, but so happy I did.

I brewed this coffee using my espresso (Breville, one that most can afford and does a nice job) machine as a lungo (extended water like cafe Americana), probably a very lungo and came out great. Heartily recommend to anyone.

A new one for me so I’m not familiar with the bean …. It was certainly tasty but the beans seemed small ….. don’t know if that’s normal size or a sign of slightly immature bean ….all together a good tasting coffee!
