Ethiopia Harrar

I grew up in Harar with coffee trees in the backyard- that says it all. I grew up learning about coffee and it's nuances at a very young age. A cup of this brings me back to my childhood. This is as close to the real thing as I remember. Plus they know how to roast it perfectly for the beans. Most people mess up at the roasting.I have tried a few others and they are nice but I am very partial to Harar. Sumatra is a close second. For me though real coffee is Harar

Great flavor profile but not overwhelming. If you like dark roast this coffee is worth trying.

My very first purchase from Stone Street Coffee was Brooklyn Roast...I was literally hooked after the first cup. I was also a little reluctant to try anything else considering after not drinking coffee for a number of years and finally finding a brand/blend that I liked...I didn't want to be disappointed. Eithoian Harrar didn't disappoint...and may have become my new favorite. I love the fact that my beans are roasted just prior to shipping. The unique flavor and smooth finish is a plus and adds to the richness of the cup.

I hand grind my beans and French Press. I really don't have the time to do this during the week day...but I so look forward to my Stone Street Coffee on the weekends.

Medium roast is perfect for us. Light roast isn’t doing it.Stone street does a perfect medium roast👍
