This coffee has a smooth and creamy taste on the front end with the creamy flavor persisting throughout and a lightly sweet flavor on the back end. I personally use a small amount of coconut/oatmeal creamer and a small squirt of caramel flavored liquid monk fruit to enhance the flavors, and it is delightful. I use very little of each as not to overpower the flavor of the coffee. Just a small amount of each enhances the flavoring to a euphoric level. This coffee is a must if you like crème brûlée.
