We are partnering up with CHARITY: WATER, A nonprofit on a mission to bring clean, safe drinking water to every single person on the planet.

The team at Stone Street Coffee is thrilled to be able to partner up with a cause that is so close to our hearts. Water is such a key ingredient in coffee, from the farmers who drink it, to it's use in agriculture, washing the beans in some coffee processes and of course it being the main ingredient in our morning rituals. Why did we chose to focus on water? Because we’re on a mission to change everything. And we believe, now more than ever, that changing

When charity: water was first started, some people called the project crazy. It was crazy to believe that a charity could solve the water crisis in our lifetime. It was crazy to give 100% of public donations to the field. And it was crazy to show people where every single donated dollar went.

When you take a good look at all the
challenges facing developing countries one thing stands out. There’s one basic human need that, when met, sparks prosperity and productivity faster than any other single fix: access to clean, safe water. Clean water can prevent unnecessary deaths, save time, and improve health. It enables people to be energetic members of society
and to escape the cycle of poverty.

100% of every public donation goes straight to the field.

When someone makes a donation to build water projects, charity: water doesn't take a single penny for overhead. Generous private donors fund their operating costs. With the help of the members of The Well, charity: water even pays back credit
card fees, which are inevitably incurred when donors support the cause online. When charity: water says 100%, they really mean 100%.

EVERY BUILT PROJECT IS PROVEN

charity: water believes in showing people exactly where their money goes. Every time a water project is complete, GPS coordinates, photos,
and a brief description of the project on Google Maps is posted. It’s just one of the ways they're changing charity—holding themselves accountable to the
highest level of transparency.
