What if we told you the best Ethiopian coffee was one you’ve probably never heard of? Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe comes from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia and is washed and dried on raised beds before being packaged and delivered straight to your door. This rich coffee features notes of lemon, chocolate, and florals that pair with a mellowness you’ll fall in love with.
This coffee can be enjoyed as a drip, French press, or pour-over and is available in three bag sizes and four grind styles. Choose from whole beans you can grind yourself, coarse grind for French press, medium grind for drip, or a fine grind for a delicious espresso.

While I'm happy for Stone Street's success, I'm frustrated by the surge of you folks that discovered this absolutely perfect coffee. It's sold out, you monsters! :) It's our fault, though. Everyone that tries this feels compelled to share it.
I've been a fan of beans from the Yirgacheffe region. There's ~380 square miles of coffee farming in the area, so not every offering from the region is the same. I've tried many. Most are good. This one is the best. Stone Street has by far the best combination of source (the actual fruit) and roasting decisions that produce the best flavor out of all of them.
So, I get why it's so popular, But when it's sold out, I hate all of you.
I’m always trying new coffees. I normally love strong dark roasts, but I have been addicted to this one since the first time I tried it several years ago! It is my absolute favorite. I call it my “Sunday coffee” because Sunday is the day I just relax, drink coffee, & truly enjoy it.
This is probably my favorite coffee ever. It's hard for me to drink any other kind now.
One of the best cofees I have had. I order the course ground to make my own cold brew. Chef kisses 💋
I found it hard to get a consistently good grind for my Aeropress but I'm 95% there!
