Nice & Clean

Clean, crisp shot of espresso.
I blended with the dark Sumatra to lower the acidity and give it some punch-through for Capo’s & Latte’s.

Bright, Chocolatey, and Affordable

Rainforest espresso is my favorite of Stone Street's provisions, thus far (not to say that their other products aren't great). It's a lighter roast that allows a bright acidity to shine through, which makes this espresso particularly well-suited for black espresso beverages such as Americanos, Espresso, Ristretto, etc. However, it still makes a delicious milk beverage, and for the price point, is a good choice.
